Your Claude subscription is separate, and you pay Anthropic for it directly. We don't resell subscriptions. The account is yours. As of this writing, Claude Pro is $20/month for one person, and the Team plan is $25 per seat per month billed monthly, with a 2-seat minimum. Annual billing is cheaper. Claude setup FAQ
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
Yes. Our setups use features on Claude's paid plans. A single owner usually needs Claude Pro. A team needs the Team plan, which starts at 2 seats. You sign up and pay Anthropic directly, and we help you pick the right plan on the fit call. We don't resell subscriptions.
Is my data safe?
You stay in control. Anthropic says it doesn't train its models on chats from its business plans, like Team, by default. On individual plans like Pro, there's a privacy setting that controls whether your chats can be used for training, and we walk you through it. We only connect the tools you approve. The Business Setup includes a one-page AI use policy so your team knows what should and shouldn't go into Claude.
How long does it take?
A Quick Start is usually one setup session plus the 60-minute walkthrough, finished within about a week of payment. A Business Setup takes a few sessions over two to three weeks, depending mostly on how quickly your team can meet.
What if Claude changes?
It will. Anthropic updates Claude often. Your setup is built from plain-language instructions and skills, so most changes don't break it. If you want us to keep it current, add AI Ops Support: new skills, fixes as things change, and a monthly office hours session.
Do you work with medical offices?
Not for patient data. Setups that handle protected health information need Claude Enterprise, which is the plan that can be configured for HIPAA, plus a compliance review. That's outside what we do, so we refer those offices to specialists.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. The Claude Business Setup covers up to 5 people on a Claude Team plan, with folders for each department, shared skills, and a 90-minute training session. If your team is bigger than 5, tell us on the fit call and we'll quote it.
Are you an Anthropic partner?
No. The Branding Agency is an independent Charlotte agency. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. We set up Claude for businesses because we use it every day to run our own.
Can this help us show up in AI search too?
